System is boxed, but NOT complete. It is missing the matching Satin Silver controller, but has an OEM Black SixAxis controller in its place. Box will also include AV cables, power, and a charging cord for the controller. Console is Japanese, but all menus are in English, and plays all region PS3 games, like all PS3 systems do.
