Store Policies

Once your order has shipped, any delivery delays are unfortunately out of our hands. We rely on USPS to deliver in their estimated time frames, but occasional delays can happen due to their internal process. We appreciate your business and understanding. 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order being processed. 

There are no refunds on any orders ever, unless and order does not work in that event item must be sent back first and we will verify if item is indeed the item we sent to you and not a non working replacement. We will than test item to see if its working. If its possible to fix item we will fix, test and send back. These are the policies of the store and there are no exceptions .
